How we make money
Suite & Sand is funded by affiliate commissions. Most of our links go to Amazon through the Amazon Associates program: when you click a buy button and make a purchase, Amazon pays us a small percentage of the sale. It costs you nothing extra — the price you pay is the same as it would be without our link. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
How our links work
Our buy buttons route through a short internal redirect (a /go link) that adds our Amazon tracking tag and sends you to the retailer. It is standard affiliate link management — it lets us keep every destination in one place and swap it if a better option appears. The redirect is invisible to you beyond a momentary hop to Amazon.
When we don't earn a commission
Some of the best bags are sold direct-to-consumer and are not on Amazon — brands like Away, Monos and Béis. When we recommend one of those, or link to it in a comparison, we still link you to the right place, but we mark it clearly as a reference link we do not earn from. We would rather send you to the correct bag than steer you to one that pays us.
Our promise: commissions never change a verdict
This is the line that matters. A commission never buys a better ranking, a softer review, or a spot on a list. We rank on the specs and the value, and when the cheaper bag is the better buy, we say so and link to it — even though it earns us less. Prices
Every price on this site is pulled live from Amazon and stamped with the date it was fetched; if our data goes stale, the number disappears rather than misleading you. Prices and availability change constantly, and Amazon's price at checkout is always the one that counts.
